About me

I knew I wanted more in life than what Poland could offer me in the late 1980’s. This drove me to venture to Paris where I worked, learnt the language and studied Interior Design. Throughout this time I always had a great passion for wellbeing, body and mind.

While learning French and English language I first came across a book about Josef Pilates “Return to Life Through Contrology’, this was the first time I practiced Pilates, little did I know I would return to this years later.

After 6 years in Paris I moved to England and started a business importing fine glassware.

After building a successful company over a number of years I knew I wanted to do something more rewarding both mentally and physically. I regularly attended Pilates classes and decided in 2015 to train in Body Control Pilates in London and become a certified Pilates Instructor and share my passion for Pilates with others.

I decided to choose Body Control Pilates as it is widely accepted as providing a benchmark in excellence for Pilates Teacher Training.

The Body Control Pilates Method can work for everyone, regardless of a person’s fitness level.  All mat work exercises are performed without the need for any special equipment and is particularly safe for those with back problems.

The Body Control Pilates Method offers a comprehensive programme of exercises which are adapted from the ‘classical’ exercises developed by Joseph Pilates, but made more accessible to the average body.

As part of my own progress and development I attend regular training courses and I am a member of the Body Control Pilates Association.

My latest qualification added to my portfolio are Back4Good – BackCare Professional, Pilates for Golfers Instructor, Sports and Swedish and Massage Therapist and currently I am training in Reformer Pilates. I am committed to my own development both as a Pilates teacher and Massage Therapist.

All my classes are small (max 10-12 clients) and I provide all equipment, using a variety of different pieces of equipment.

It has been a wonderful journey so far and I want to share the benefits Pilates brings to body and mind.
